Custom projects start with a discovery and scoping phase that defines what we’re actually building: requirements, user flows, data model, integrations, and success criteria. This phase exists to protect you from building the wrong thing and to give both sides a clear picture of what done looks like before we start.

From there: architecture, development in structured phases with review at each milestone, testing under realistic conditions, deployment, documentation, and handoff. We don’t disappear after launch.
